GBA 2016 Baseball Announcement

GBA REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!!

We are pleased to announce that the 2016 Spring Fundraiser & League Registrations are now open.  The following information is intended to guide our members through the registration process and we encourage you to review and to follow the instructions provided.  Contact us with any questions by reaching out to Danette Stempowski, GBA Director of Registration at .

Members should note that GBA will not be offering a Pioneer League this year.  We recommend that any players under 6 years old contact All Star Sports (click Here for more information on them).  Players who are 6 can consider our Rookie League, but we encourage you to first read our Pamphlet that helps you determine the best program for your child.

The first step to registering your child is to decide on the fundraiser.  The fundraiser for this year offers members 2 choices: Sell a minimum of 5 Savings Cards (each card costs $20), or to do the $80 Buyout. Once you have completed the fundraiser registration, you must then complete the League Registration.  The Fundraiser & League sign up are separate registrations.

The deadline for the fundraiser will be 1/3/2016.  After this date there will no longer be an option for the Savings Cards, and a late charge will be added to the Buyout Option (cost will increase to $110 on 1/4/2016).  Remember too that you may choose to pay for the Savings Cards at time of registration and keep the money raised by selling the cards, or you can wait to pay until you have collected the funds.

Registration for League’s will run from 12/4/2015 until 3/1/2016.  A $25 late fee for League Registrations begins 2/15/2016.  We strongly suggest that you register early to ensure placement on a team.  Late registrants do risk not being placed if leagues fill up.  If interested, a payment plan can be selected at time of registration.

We have created several documents that provide more details on both the fundraiser and league registrations.  Click Here for help on determining which league is best for your child, click Here to see how the Savings Card works (this year the card is used to load a mobile app on your phone or tablet), and click Here for a guide on the entire registration process.

  • Conducted by professional and highly experienced coaches
  • Discounted price for GBA members makes for an exceptional value.  Only $89 for 5 hours of training! (Advanced Pitching and Hitting are $109) There is no better training value in the Fox Valley
